From our eight Nordic call centers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, we provide services for both small local companies to large international companies. On the call center in Gothenburg it is currently working 300 people selling service and support to customers throughout the Nordic region.

We are searching for a Danish speaking Supervisor to our office in Gothenburg. The client is a company in the phone insurance business. Your mission will be to coach and lead your team (11 people at the moment) which includes Finish, Dutch and Danish speaking employees. Since the client is pretty new for us, your work will also be to develop and build up the business in Gothenburg.

As a Supervisor, you are an important player in our Operational team. You are responsible for managing and distributing the work of your team so that our client, your team and all employees will achieve their individual goals in terms of quality and quantity.

Among your tasks includes:
• Staff responsibility
• Motivate and improve the spirit in your team
• Employee performance reviews and other types of manager conversations
• Planning of training to reach the right level of expertise for the team
• Planning the schedule and handling vacation requests
• Planning and implementation of team meetings
• Some administrative tasks
• Some client contact
• Implement PEP (coaching sessions) and coach your team to success

As a person you are driven by challenges, you have leader skills and the ability to find new ways to work with your team to deliver set goals. You are an energetic and positive person with a good overview and you want your team to develop. You are creative and you find it easy to prioritize in a fast pace, but still keep your sense for details. Since the biggest part of your everyday work is to motivate and engage your team and your colleagues you also are a real team player.

We require that you have Danish as your native language or talk the language fluently. We also require very good English skills, both spoken and written. You should have good experience from customer service work as well as good technical knowledge when it comes to mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, etc.

The job is full time with varying working hours, both weekdays and weekends.
