Our client provide a wide range of services including savings- and loan products, sales support, leasing and factoring solutions. They currently have about 500 employees and are expanding quickly. The office is in Hyllie, Malmo, in a newly renovated office. Our client will also provide an introduction and the opportunity to grow in this position.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
In this role, you will be a part of the finance team and your main responsibilities will be to help customers with payment difficulties. This includes contact with inkasso, preparing payments plans and register new agreements. You will therefore make outbound calls to customers in arrears and you will also be responsible for the administrative work regarding these clients.

Kvalifikationer
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent is advantageous
• Experience from bank, finances, insurances or similar
• Experience from collection is advantageous
• Prior experience from customer support, preferable by phone
• Fluent in Danish and English

To thrive in this role, you need to be comfortable in managing your duties independently while having effective communication with customers and colleagues. You understand the importance of accuracy in your work and can make your own decisions. You are analytical and work to find good solutions for both clients and employers. Since you will contact people in difficult financial situations you need a good balance business sense and empathy.
