Quadient Nordic
Quadient are based in four countries in the Nordic (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland) with the largest operations and team in Sweden. The Nordic consist of 120 employees and Quadient Sweden consists of 42 employees. The business in the Nordic is mainly focused on Mail related Solutions, Graphics, Parcel Lockers and Parcel sorters. They are selling both hardware and software solutions. Quadient Nordic is part of the Emerging Operations with operations and teams across the world. The head office in Sweden is located in Solna, but there are also two smaller offices in Malmö and Gothenburg.

Tasks and responsibilities:

As an Account Manager, you are part of the Nordic sales team, which consists of seven people. In the role you are responsible for the entire sales process towards the Danish market; you prospect, contact mainly new customers but also to some extent existing buying customers, do needs analyzes, send quotes and follow up with your customers through the sales process. You work with products from the Quadient's mail related solutions which contains a focus on postage meters for companies and organizations in the Danish market.

You will work towards different district in the Danish market where you are responsible for building, managing and developing. You also work actively with service and financing solutions connected to postage meters and folders inserters. In the role, you work closely with other Account Managers within the team as well as customer support, product specialists, the marketing department and BackOffice.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• Some form of service experience, sales experience, or customer support with included sales. We believe that you are at the beginning of your career and want to develop in B2B sales.
• Fluent in Danish and English in speech and writing

As a person, you are proactive, result-focused and set high goals for yourself and contribute strongly to teams' common goals. You are driven, persistent and have a strong competitive instinct. You have a good social ability and take your own initiatives to expand your network of potential and existing customers and are trustworthy and honest in your image. You have work ethic and see a value in working for a strong team spirit within your Nordic team.
