We are looking for a flexible and motivated individual to assist East Capital with translation tasks during events and occasionally travel with them to event locations. OM TJÄNSTEN

We are seeking a student who can work on an as-needed basis to support with translation during events and road shows. The role involves providing translation and interpretation during various events and occasionally traveling with East Capital to different event locations.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Work tasks

Your responsibilities will include translating presentations, assisting with communication, and providing general support to ensure our events run smoothly.

• Translating and interpreting information from English to Czech and vice versa during events
• Assisting with the translation of materials before and during events
• Facilitating communication between English and Czech speakers
• Providing support during events and travel, including logistics and planning
• Working closely with the team to ensure accurate translation and understanding of information

Eligibility and profile:
We are looking for someone who
• Is a university student with at least one year left of your studies and available to work on an as-needed basis, including travel
• Is fluent in both English and Czech, both spoken and written
• Has an interest in languages and translation and enjoys working with people
• Is flexible and can adapt to changing tasks and environments
• Possesses strong organisational skills and can work under pressure
• Is independent and responsible
• Willingness to travel and be away from home for short periods.

It is meritorious if you have
• Previous experience in translation or interpretation.
• Experience in event planning or event support.
