hela Sverige At Together Tech, we are dedicated to protecting our customers' digital assets by proactively identifying and addressing security weaknesses. We are now looking for a hands-on Cyber Security Penetration Tester with a strong focus on penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
In this role, you will take charge of planning and executing penetration tests and vulnerability scans across various IT environments. Your work will help detect security gaps before attackers do, ensuring robust protection of systems and applications. You will collaborate closely with development and IT teams to remediate vulnerabilities and improve the security posture of cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments. We have various opportunities with our clients within cyber security, where you will have the chance to contribute your expertise in long-term projects.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and perform penetration tests on networks, applications, and systems.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and analyze results.
Identify security weaknesses and recommend practical remediation steps.
Collaborate with IT and development teams to validate fixes and improvements.
Support incident response by providing insights on attack vectors and vulnerabilities.
Use and maintain security tools such as vulnerability scanners, exploitation frameworks, and monitoring systems.
Your technical bakgrund
Master's/Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Proven experience conducting penetration tests and vulnerability assessments
Strong knowledge of network, system, and application security
Experience with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Nessus, or similar
Extensive professional knowledge in programming/scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash, JavaScript).
Familiarity with cloud and hybrid infrastructures (Azure, AWS, or similar)
Understanding of cryptography and secure coding principles
Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Swedish
Certifications such as OSEP, OSWA, OSCE3 or similar are considered a plus.
