Your duties will include all types of export issues, handling of documents, transport bookings and coordination between TePe, our subsidiaries, suppliers, and forwarders. You will collaborate with a large number of contacts, internally as well as externally, and gain a broad understanding of TePe's operations.
Responsibilites
• Order processing from all subsidiaries
• Planning and booking of transport
• Manage, monitor, and follow up on transport operations
• Customs clearance (Mainly export)
• Intrastat accounting (Both entry & exit) and other legal reporting related to supply chain
• Debiting / Invoicing as well as Invoice control & attestation
• Complaint handling (Transport related areas)
• Transport procurement / Benchmarking and agreements
• International trading terms and regulations for import and export
• Reviews of classification and country of origin
• Permits, licenses, quotas and other restrictions and custom costs
• Continuous update of working manuals
• Local lead in process development and other development project
Profile
To succeed within your role, we see that you are curious, persistent and have a high level of service. When others see problems, you see challenges in finding suitable solutions! You have great organizational skills and are analytical and detail oriented. You thoroughly make sure that everything is in order and take initiatives when needed. You have strong interpersonal strength, but truly enjoy the support of teamwork.
You will be expected to make decisions without matrices, and we therefore believe that you have experience from similar tasks or roles, such as logistics planner, logistics coordinator, supply planner, freight forwarder or other related areas.
We are looking for someone with:
• 3 + years of work experience within the field
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Knowledge within transport, forwarding, customs handling, and trading regulations
• Experience from communicating with customers, carriers, authorities, and other stake holders
• Fluency in Swedish and English. Other language skills are very appreciated!
• Good understanding of databases and Microsoft Excel
To make sure that we keep everything covered this summer we need you to be able to join us during the spring, preferably as soon as possible, and be available all summer.
