We are looking for you, a future colleague with a passion for conveying advanced technical knowledge in a comprehensible way. You are triggered by problem-solving, you are curious, proactive and have a strong drive. In your role as a customer trainer, you are responsible for giving our customers the skills to operate and maintain the radar system in a way that ensures high availability, while maintaining system and personal safety. The work involves a good portion of travelling, since most of our training takes place at the customers' sites. It is also your responsibility to further develop syllabuses and training material.
Your profile
We think that you have previous experience from customer training or similar, and a military background is a merit - our customers are almost exclusively defense organizations. People skills are a must, to manage demanding customers. No matter your background, your language skills are excellent, and you express yourself freely in both written and spoken English as well as Swedish.
What you will be a part of
The group you will join, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), consists of about 40 ILS engineers, technical writers and trainers. We are involved in our products from start to finish, for example by guiding construction in regards to maintainability, ensuring a high availability through recommended spare parts and a structured customer manual, as well as providing extensive training for our customers' operators and technicians.
Our team of trainers are a tight knit group with a high level of competence. While away at a customer's site, they constantly have to think on their feet and make independent decisions for the good of the customer and the product. Most have a military background.
This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
