We are looking for a manager for one of our two Customer Support teams. Your mission will be to:
• delight customers through excellence in caring for them
• have a relentless focus on customer excellence and customer experience of active customer services
• be responsible for the 24/7 customer care function in the company (one of the two teams)
• drive the first line resolution to an industry leading level
• responsible for developing and enhancing Customer Care functionality to support new service verticals such as Enterprise
• propose and drive automation in your own area, both in internal processes but also in facing the customer throughout the customer life cycle
• visionary leadership for a customer oriented and modern service company
• work with the organizational and human resource aspects to be able to give a seamless customer experience in light of the geographic coverage of the business
• ensure excellent customer experience regardless of customer's location or time zone
Essential skills and experience:
• minimum of 5 years business experience in Customer Operations. Management experience is meriting
• good understanding of a multi-cultural environment and interest to work in such
• strong commercial acumen, ability to create results and cooperate with others
• good understanding in how to build teams in a dynamic business environment and able to coach your team to adopt changes in tools and processes
• a natural leader with a great sense of responsibility, ability to prioritize and take immediate decisions and execution when needed
• good inter-personal skills, among others, an ability and interest to coach the individuals in your team to be high-performing and facilitate their learning curve
• an extrovert, actively networking with the organization
• fluent in English, both spoken and written
• university degree
• very good communication and presentation skills
• strong analytical skills and being a problem solver
• service minded and indifferent to a stressful environment
