If you are ready for your next adventure within customer support, want to join our expansion throughout Europe, and have an interest in customer care, e-commerce, retail, and tech - keep reading!About the roleAs a Customer Support Specialist, your main job is to help our customers get the most out of our products and use them in the right way.That meansunblocking issues, acting as customer liaisons, and striving to create a highly enjoyable customer experience. You will be thetrusted voice of reasonstriving for rapid responses, high customer satisfaction, and at the same time being clear on what's recommended usage (and not).
You will interact with customers, colleagues, and partners through a multitude of channels, such as email, web, messaging, and by phone.Internally you, together with the team, will act as experts in using the Voyado products as well as a source for insights into customer needs and challenges in using the same.Some examples of your daily work:
Triage tickets in queue and route to the appropriate owner (primarily Customer or Technical support, finance, or other business functions)
Manage questions with best practices or where info can be found in Self-help articles
Troubleshooting, primarily in non-technical tools and product UIs.
Contribute to ongoing improvement of the team's processes, techniques, and solutions.

Experience working with support of a SaaS product or similar
Proactively seeks information about the underlying needs of customers, developing and communicating realistic outcomes
Relation-focused, emphatic, curious, andcollaborative with a customer-first mentality.
A good communicator, both verbally and in writing
Fluency in Swedish and English.Additional languages (primarily German, Dutch, Norwegian, Finnish, French, and Spanish) are meritorious
