For our customer we are looking for a Customer Support Agent for employment

Job description:
We believe that you have a couple of years experience from transport and logistics industry with relevant work tasks and are ready to take on new challanges. As a Customer Support Agent you will be part of the Client Services and Support Organisation, a team of 10 persons based in Malmö. You will provide 1st and 2nd line IT-support to Nordic/EMEA based customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will handle issues and/or requests, as well as liaise with customers on progress.
We believe that you have good analytical and problem solving skills along with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on application software issues or requests reported by customers
• Maintain customer contact and call ticket information within an existing database
• Provide solutions in order to minimize disruption for the customer
• Proactively keep customers up to date regarding the status of the solution
• Liaise and coordinate with other internal organisations such as R&D, Professional Services and Sales, to secure timely resolution on all support cases
• Establish and strengthen good customer relationship

Required skills:

• University or College level in a computer science or technology program (or equivalent work experience)

Preferred skills:

• General knowledge and interest in automated processes, Software and IT systems
• Sound knowledge of different versions of Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent English and Swedish (other Scandinavian languages are considered an advantage)
• Experience using GCT, CWW, Edicom Transport, TFL, KSD2000 and ICS or similar applications related to Transport/Customs Management
• Knowledge of electronic communication methods/messages such as XML, Edifact, ASCII
• Experience within commercial application support and related CRM systems (SAP, Jira etc.)
• Experience within a customer focused/service environment
• Database knowledge (SQL, PL SQL, MS SQL)
• Knowledge/experience in Customs, Supply Chain processes and Transport Management
