Ideally you bring with you:
Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken. Spoken and written Swedish is qualifying

A good structure in your daily work, which is the basis for you being able to drive your tasks forward independently
A positive person with great commitment to what you undertake.
Working with us
As Customer Success Manager, you are our face and receive support questions from our customers. You guide our customers on our platform and often get to act as a detective when you need to troubleshoot the system. You will also be responsible for reporting on our platform on behalf of the client. This means that you will work with head office functions in multinational groups as well as with their subsidiaries all over the world.
Some of the tasks that may occur are the following:
Provide support for our platform and how to use it
Sit as a consultant with our customers and manage their reporting in our platform
Help design documentation and instructions
System testing

The position
The position is a permanent full-time position. The workplace is in Stockholm.
