hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Mitigram AB i Stockholm We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Relationship team, where you will be part of a highly dynamic, entrepreneurial, and friendly environment.
The Customer Relationship team plays a central role in Mitigram' s growth and future success where you will lead an expansion of our existing and new customers by focusing on revenue growth through cross-sell, delivering an excellent client experience and driving changes to help us reach the next level of growth! To ensure we reach above and beyond, you will daily work closely with Product, Sales Executives, Marketing and Management.
Our team is all about taking a pro-active approach to ensure our customers achieve their desired outcome by using Mitigram' s solutions. We expect that the successful candidate possesses following qualities:
Willing to take initiatives and influence your own work as well as driving improvements for the company
Confidence in leading and coordinating projects with internal stakeholders across departments (including but not limited to product management, compliance, legal, tech)
Ability to work in high-paced and dynamic work environment

Responsibilities
As we are a growing company, you will assume the responsibility of a wide variety of tasks and have a big impact in shaping your role. A few examples of tasks that will be carried out on a normal workday:
You will play an important role in the sales process, beginning from the first meeting with a potential new client and throughout the entire sales cycle. In the end you are responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding and adoption of Mitigram services.
You will work together with our tech, marketing, sales, and product teams to meet our customers' expectations and to assess growth opportunities.
You will identify opportunities for cross/up selling.
You will participate in marketing related efforts when it comes to e.g., rolling out new functionalities.
You will continuously educate and train clients on Mitigram services through webinars and meetings.
Requirements:
2 + years of customer facing role, managing relationships with large global organizations
Located in Stockholm
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Ability to travel abroad (10-20%), when travel permits
Personal attributes:
Driven and passionate in delivering best possible outcome
You are passionate about solving customer problems
Team-player, capable of building strong and trusting relationships
A 'can do' approach with a strong willing to learn
Entrepreneurial spirit
Bonus Requirements:
Experience in Trade Finance
Additional language skill (especially European and Asian language)
Experience in Salesforce
