About the role
As a Customer Success Manager at Voxo, you are our customers' primary contact and the one responsible for driving their success with us and our system. At Voxo, customer success is at the core of the business, working closely with both sales and product. You will be responsible for the whole customer journey, and together with sales, ensure a wow experience for the customer from the first onboarding to becoming a champion of our product. Customer success also acts as the voice of the customer within the company, driving the customer perspective in the product development process.
Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for the customer
• Onboarding of new customers - configuring the system, holding training sessions etc.
• Support customers in their use of the system, and help them with building analytical reports from our system
• Conduct workshops to educate the customer on how to get more value from our system
• Create training materials and instructional videos for our customers
• Gather customer feedback to help drive our product development, being voice of the customer
Who are you
We are looking for someone that is great when communicating with our customers, while also having an analytical and technical mindset. We believe that you think it's inspiring to work with new technology.
A combination of listening to the customer and their needs, understanding our product and how to use it, and supporting the customers how to use our product to fulfill their needs.

• Have great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Solution-oriented and hands on approach, never afraid to roll up your sleeves
• Analytical, understand data and how use it in communication
• Technical, fast learner of new systems and can spread that knowhow
Preferred background and experience:
• Experience working in customer facing role (could be customer success, customer support, sales etc)
• Fluent in Swedish and English. Additional nordic language meritorious
• Experience working with a Saas/digital products
• University studies within relevant field (analytics, business, communication, engineering)
