You will be a part of our Digital Solutions Division which offers solutions to drive the digital transformation of the mining and construction industries. The division provides a range of technology-agnostic and dynamic digital solutions that improve safety, productivity, and sustainability onsite, from the control room to the boardroom.

Your mission
As a Customer Success Engineer you will be a part of a vibrant international Support team with more than 20 different nationalities. You will drive the release and rollout of major new product iteration, together with the Project Delivery as well as with all internal stakeholders and external dependencies. You will interact heavily with the product owner team, software engineering, technical experts, internal stakeholders etc. You will work with researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues. You will also diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs.
Ultimately, you will be a person our customer's trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.

Your profile
We are looking for a sharp and customer-oriented candidate, who put great value in seeing things from a new perspective and who can give our customers the best support. To be successful in this role you need proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role. It is an advantage if you have a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or relevant field. You have good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products. We believe that you can diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues using the latest software tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills is required.
It's a plus if you have knowledge about mining applications and methods and additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies.

Location and travel
Location to be decided, preferably in Luleå, Sweden. Occasional international travel is required in this position.
