Reebok-CCM Hockey, which is part of the adidas Group, is responsible for all development, marketing and sales of the group's hockey products under the brand names Reebok and CCM, the most recognized hockey brands in the world. As a part of our European Consolidation project we are establishing a new European hockey main office in Solna, Sweden.

Key responsibilities:

For the Scandinavian market, with location in Solna, Sweden, we are now looking for a Customer Service Team leader. Reporting to the Scandinavian Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to lead and develop the Customer Service team towards set objectives and targets.

Key tasks:
• To establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers in the company?s best interests.
• Make sure that the Customer Service call center works with in high service level, which meets customer needs and expectations.
• Develop the day-to-day work and the working processes for the call center.
• Responsible for securing that all pre-orders are processed correctly and timely.
• Schedule the personnel in the Customer Service team and responsible for back-up planning.
• Leading the outgoing sales activities for the call center.
• Drive against specific KPI?s to improve standards, service and financial results, following through on improvement opportunities wherever possible
• Provide leadership and challenge the Customer Service team to achieve excellence.
• Promote and create a safe and healthy work environment and align activities with company vision and values.
• Support business on delivery of sales and financial targets and objectives

Your profile:

We are looking for a person with at least five years of experience of sales and/or customer service. You have a degree in a relevant field, preferably sales administration or customer service, or corresponding working experience. Experience from working with ERP and/or sales administrative systems on detailed level is essential. You are fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).

The ideal candidate is a customer focused and sales oriented coach and team player with a proven record and a winner?s attitude. Strong interest in ice hockey and sports in general is an advantage.
