About the role
We offer you the chance to become part of the Customer Service Team, which is a part of the Regional Business Logistics team - a function within the Sales and Marketing organisation for Consumer Goods at Essity. In the role as Customer Service Specialist you are responsible for the specialist support to customers, focusing on more complex services and assignments. Furthermore, you support the rest of the Customer Service Team with analyzes and data where you report to the Customer Service Team Leader.
In the role as Customer Service Specialist you work with processing the daily salesorders so that they are dispatched, invoiced and paid on time (order to cash). Furthermore you register and follow up on customer complaints and drive logistics projects to improve collaboration and service to our customers. In addition to that you work with updating and maintaining the masterdata of customers, materials and pricing in SAP and our other systems. Finally, you work closely with both customers and functions within the organization to resolve daily challenges as well as planning of distribution with regard to campaigns and bank holidays etc. The functions you primaraly collaborate with are production, warehouse, transport and distribution.
This is a temporary position during 11 months.
What you will do
• Analyze data for distribution cost as well as creating budget and forecast
• Compile and report statistics and KPI's (servicel level, complaints etc)
• Analyze deviations to identify root cause and initiate corrective actions
• Work closely with Demand Planning to identify deviations in expected sales patterns, tracking orders received against sales forecast to ensure continuity of supply
• Handle and verify transport invoices and responsible for transport quality
Who you are
• University Degree in Business economics or Logistics
• Minimum 1-3 years experience from logistics or customer service
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Experience with SAP and Excel is preferable
You take responsibility for your tasks, take initiative and get motivated by starting new projects. You plan your activities in time, have the ability to work with parallel projects and have a solution-oriented approach in your daily work. Furthermore, you enjoy working with data and have an analytical approach when drawing conclusions from given information. You are communicative and have the ability to create relationships in an efficient way as well as work with people on different levels in the organization.
