MultiMind is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for Social Media who has passion for Social Media and strong communication skills, for one of our clients who want to further strengthen their team.
Our Client
Our client is a top global advertising agency, that quickly influence consumers and the market with new ideas and perspectives. They opened their Nordic office in Stockholm during 2013. They work in an open landscape office design in modern facilities, where the Customer Service Representative for Social Media is an important part of the Nordic team.
The job
Customer Service Representative for Social Media, manages the Danish social media content and moderates conversations on Facebook and other social media accounts of their client. The position involves answering technical questions and with your strong technical interest you are eager to find the answer to all customer questions.
Your main responsibilities will be
• You'll be the conversation moderator and will be checking, analysing and encouraging all conversations on your pages. You will answer all consumer questions and handle the crowd.
• Posting content that is in line with the tone of voice of the client's brand on the different social media channels.
• Creating the weekly posting plan together with the Account Manager.
• Following the Content Calendar.
• You'll be supporting the Account Manager in reporting to the client on a monthly basis with an overview of the current progress.
• The Community Manager will support the Account Manager in developing in agreement with the client the long-term strategy to keep the community lively and healthy.
• On a regular base you will get trained on technical knowledge.
Your background
• You are fluent in Danish and English
• Strong communication skills (Copywriting or editorial)
• A passion for online and social media
• Client-orientated
• Team player
• Knowledge of the current software tool
