Customer Service Officer for Swedish market.

The work:
To provide superior professional customer service whilst dealing with all enquiries regarding the bank's products and services, building a rapport with the customers whilst addressing any issues relating to the use of internet banking, on-boarding and mobile application. It is important to maintain a high level of knowledge when it comes to the bank's products and services in order to provide customers with accurate information, and to be able to identify selling opportunities after analysing the customer's needs. The employee should adhere to all bank policies and procedures, corporate security policies, regulatory guidelines, industry service standards and codes of conduct and assist with gathering of data / information for the Bank (via phone, e-mails and chat). Other duties will be providing support with invoicing, allocating payments and related duties, in line with the Bank's policies and assisting with administrative tasks in accordance with the Bank's policies, procedures and instructions, monitoring the repayment of loans by customers, including by tracing relevant amounts to the Bank's accounts and allocating the incoming payments in the Bank's records.

Qualifications:
You are interested in working in the international financial corporation and have at least one year of experience in Customer Service. You bear high performance and good quality of work, while having clean legal records and minimum medium education. The language level of native speaker for Swedish and good English to intermediate level. Negotiation skills can come in handy, and an ability of the synthetic formulating thoughts, culture and precision of expression. It is important to be commited to the job and have motivation to realise goals. Assertiveness, stress resistance, ability to deal with difficult situations and good communication to strengthen teamwork. Proficiency with Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
