About our company:
We are an International exhibition organizer and Consultant Company, witch organizes different trade shows in Middle East.
We would like to develop our buisness and work on outgoing and incoming buisness delegations and tours from Middle East and other Asian countries from/to Europe. We have different agents in Europe, Asia and Middle East to stay in toch with our customers.
About employee:
We need someone as a secretary assistant to stay in touch with our clients and agents, collect and sort their requests plus do some online activities.
Employee must be abel to speak and write fluently in English and Persian. Being flexible and having experience about tours and travels especially in trade sectors are important criteria for this jobb.
Reading the layout and plans of the exhibitions plus good communication skills with different nationalities are some other important factors.
Other Criteria:
- 2 -3 years' work experience as a secretary in exhibition companies or travel agencies.
- No limitation to travel to Middle Eastern countries.
