Work tasks as Customer Service and
Logistics Coordinator
Husqvarna Construction is a world wide
company that offers innovative and sustainable solutions for the construction
industry. We are looking for a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator to
join their team of 14 people located in Jonsered, near Gothenburg. This job is
focusing on delivering exceptional service to customers in the region of Latin
America.
As a Customer Service and Logistics
Coordinator, you will be responsible for:Order
management and invoicing
Managing
customer cases via mail, teams and telephone, and proactively solving
problems
Plan and
book transport
Work with
export documentation
Administration
of warranty and claim management
In your role as a Customer Service and
Logistics Coordinator you will work cross-functionally with other teams within the organisation.
You will work with international customers and exports to the whole world. You
will be part of an open and inclusive workplace where everyone takes
responsibility and initiatives. You will enjoy a varied and exciting work
environment where no day at work is the same.
To be successful in this role, you
should have:Education in customs/logistics/business, or equivalent experience
Experience
in similar work
Fluent in
English and Swedish
Good
knowledge of Microsoft Office
