For our client, H & M, Online Division in Borås, we are looking for an experienced and independent driven Customer Service Analyst who shall analyze customer behaviour & feedback and suggest improvements for H&M:s Customer Services. The position is open for immediate employment and placed at H & M?s office in Borås (Stockholm is also an option to work from). Please send in your application av CV as soon as possible. • Ensure that the quality within all our surveys is on a level that we can use the outcome in the best possible way (define purpose, survey methods and evaluation)
• Create business cases from the outcome of your analysis to ensure constant development
• React and act towards reaching our goal of offering best customer service

Your experience & skills
We are looking for an experienced analyst who loves statistical data and analyses. An advantage is if you are, or have been working in a similar position and have deep experience in analyzing customer satisfaction & behavior. It is good if you can provide us with a good track record of previous successful work and what work methods you have experience of. You should also be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
