We are now looking to hire a Customer Relationship Manager within the area Customer Relations & Logistics (CR&L) with placement in Södertälje, Sweden.



The Area

Customer Relations & Logistics (CR&L) are accountable for managing Supply to Customer and establish new supply to Customer. As Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) you will be an active member of these processes, operating mainly on a tactical level. The products that you will be managing include Sweden Operations product portfolio supplied to customers across all regions.



The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities

As CRM you have the supply chain understanding and skills to see the whole picture, independently identifying opportunities and issues, contributing to the resolutions. You will find yourself in a global high-paced environment, with strong focus on cross-functional collaboration with other roles.



As CRM you will ensure excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, you will have daily interactions with customers globally as well as with functions within Sweden Operations ie Planning, QA, Project Management, Finance & Distribution Center. A key part of the role is stakeholder management, acting as the voice of the customer within Sweden Operations and as Sweden Operations voice to the customers. As the contacts include a wide range of customers, in a variety of countries and cultures including more senior stakeholder, communication is of great importance and a key to success.



An important part in the role is to build, maintain and develop relations. The role leads and/or participates in projects locally or globally. You will also contribute to the LEAN agenda within Customer Relations & Logistics, driving process simplification and improvement initiatives.

As CRM you also have other accountabilities such as:

* Lead or represent CR&L in local and/or global projects (New Product Introduction, Supply Chain, Distribution, GDP and Lean)
* Business Process Owner accountabilities within the Delivery Process
* Contribute to introduction of new external customers.
* Developing, maintain and improve our customer service.
* Support the lean culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and high performance.
* Represent CR&L in E2E forums by close collaboration with planning teams driving performance and process improvements.
* Active contribution to the development of CRL Function direction and delivery of team targets.



Essential Requirements

* Relevant University education and/or a master's degree within the areas of Engineering, Economics, Supply and/or Logistics
* End2End supply chain knowledge and experience from supply chain environment
* Great influencing and communication skills
* Relationship management
* Change management
* Fluent Swedish and English both spoken and written



Desirable Requirements

* GMP and GDP knowledge
* Business Process management
* Experiece of LEAN
* SAP and APO knowledge
