We are now looking for a communicative and self-driven Customer Quality Engineer for our client in the automotive industry.

Location: Göteborg
Scope: 1 year full time, starting from mars 2017. For the right candidate a permanent position can be offered at the end of the assignment.
Role description:
The Customer Quality Engineer is a vital link between quality functions at the customer (Volvo Cars, Torslanda and Gent) and at production (Romania). A communicative approach is required maintain a high level of collaboration. The position will report to the local Account Manager and Quality Lead. The job is be based at the bright offices of the Customer Support Center in Mölndal. The working language is English. A driving license and car are a condition for the assignment.
Main tasks:
• Departmental and TS16494 quality compliance
• Customer rejection and warranty handling
• Support plant investigations
• Lead sorting/rework activities
Qualifications:
We think that you have an engineering degree (preferably in electronics) with a minimum of 3 years experience from a Quality position (preferably in customer quality) and experience from an industrial environment preferably within automotive. Further on we think that you are very communicate person as the role involves many external contacts with customers and suppliers. You are analytical and able to present solutions in a clear and structured way. Able to travel within Europe, overnight stays, sometimes at short notice (occurs on a monthly basis)
Critical skills:
Deep knowledge of electronic hardware, APQP, 8P, PPAP methodology and automotive industry electronics requirements. As you will be working in an international environment, a working full proficiency in English is required.
Other language skills: Swedish, Romanian, Chinese
