Job Description
You are part of Lindex Global Sales organisation and working in the Sales Performance department. This department is responsible for maximising the global sales, KPI's and profitability in all Lindex sales channels, by a digital first mindset. The department optimizes the customer offer and develop, implement and execute on the sales plan.
As Customer Insight Analyst, you are responsible for analysing, forecasting and follow up Lindex business from a customer perspective, on a global level as well as local level. You develop and build CRM reports for the total sales organisation, perform analysis of the loyalty- and promotion strategy and you proactively perform ad hoc business analysis as well as analysis on request from stakeholders.
Are you the one we are looking for?
• Academic degree in Business or Economics
• Previous work experience within customer insights and analysing
• Experience from working at a retail company, in an omnichannel organisation
• Good knowledge in Google Analytics certificate
• Good knowledge in Excel
• Experience from working in CRM systems for both online and offline channels
• English, both written and spoken
• Meritorious: Swedish (both written and spoken), experience from working in company in an international environment
