The Customer Experience Specialist is reporting to the Head of Global Customer Experience.
The CEX is responsible to optimize every touchpoint within the customers journey, ensuring a smooth customer experience. The CX specialist is responsible for ensuring implementation, execution, and performance of our Customer Success frameworks (LOAVE and VoC).
This role includes the responsibility to work close to Sales, Marketing, RND, PM, Customer Care and other relevant stakeholders.
It is crucial to work proactively and to do so, it is required to stay on top of products, technology, trends, and ways of working within our Company as well as within our industry.
Responsibilities
The Customer Experience Specialist is for example responsible for:
• Own, monitor, drive and potentially administrate the respective Customer Experience Tools
• Actively oversee and investigate new and existing tools, ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Continuously monitor trends in the field of Customer Experience, join webinars, conferences, or other relevant forums
• Initiate, analyze and represent Customer Insights Surveys/Studies
• Ensure the Voice of the Customer is distributed within the Organization
• Keep track of content relevancy and effectiveness, and fine-tune if necessary
• Product Development reference groups, represent the Customers perspective
