Role Description:
• Responsible for gathering requirements from various stakeholders within the airline company
• Stay up to date with recent trends in airline business and have constant thirst to upskill.
• Analyze and interpret airline data to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and industry standards.

Essential Skills:
Must have good understanding on following
• Ground handling operation flight operations
• customer experience,
• Revenue management,
• airline business processes and technical systems
• well versed with emerging trends and technologies affecting airlines worldwide.
• Master at crunching numbers and interpreting data and excellent problem
• solving abilities
