Job description: You will be working in the Customer Care department which is the single point of contact 24/7 for all customer queries regarding service, faults, delivery, billing and sales. The team own and drive customer issues to resolution and constantly communicate with customers during on-going cases.
You will be working in a team handling Voice/VoIP, MMS, Roaming, IPX/GRX and Voice services world-wide. You will work in a team that is passionate about delivering customer experiences and work in an ever-changing truly international environment. You and your team work in close cooperation with customers world-wide as well as together with colleagues around the world to deliver world class customer service. You will work in a truly multi cultured team consisting of 25 persons from 17 different countries.
Your main responsibilities in this position will be to make analysis of customer request and try to find a solution by finding information in support systems, give correct feedback to customers regularly and log all actions taken. Furthermore you will have contacts with customers in our support systems contribute to the fulfilment of the team and corporate visions and goals and keep track of SLA thresholds and commitments and chase information.
The work will continuously be on shift list 24/7/365. Immediate start
ProfilEducation and experience: University degree, preferably within Telecommunications or Network Engineering, experience in customer service within a telecom environment, experience of working in a multicultural environment. Any kind of knowledge of VoIP technology is meriting.
Since you will work with international clients from all over the world you need to be fluent in English both written and spoken, near native speaking. Other languages are meriting, especially Russian.
