hela Sverige We are looking for a skilled cross release coordinator that will be SPOC towards larger programs and responsible for coordination of cross releases in BI service area. Are you up for the challenge?
Within the service area Business Intelligence, we develop BI-solutions to help our business units make the right strategic and operational decisions. The demand for BI solutions is high and is expected to grow even more as the need for decision support is increasing in most business functions. The BI area consists of more than 15 teams and projects delivering BI solutions to numerous Business functions and development.
Large programs in H&M supporting i.e. Online, Store and New Business expansion require cross coordination deliveries in BI. As a BI Cross release Coordinator you will secure an efficient and effective planning and delivery of all releases. We are looking for an experienced BI Cross release coordinator with a background in Business Intelligence and data analytics and broad knowledge in project and IT management, requirements and architecture. You are a senior consultant that understands both business and IT requirements and solutions.
Qualities such as keeping many contact areas, act as BI SPOC, and coordinate all delivery teams in BI working towards the same goals and deadlines are highly appreciated. It is important to keep time plans and that program deliveries are planned in the right way in maintenance teams.
To be successful in this role we believe that you have worked with many different stakeholders, within business and IT, and find it easy to build relations with different kinds of people.

Your responsibilities
The job of an Cross Release Coordinator at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Set the roadmap for cross dependent BI development activities on a high level - Master plan
• Coordinate deploy plans and set time frames for all cross releases
• Work proactively with releases and make sure timeframes are met
• Introduce teams/delivery areas to releases
• Act as BI SPOC towards the larger programs within H&M IT
• Capture structural and logical changes that affects BI from the larger programs within H&M and communicate those changes to the BI organization
• Align, link and synchronize the "Change Release Deploy" processes (ITIL) with the BI Ordering Process and way of working (agile)
• Drive work to improve way of working that affects multiple teams
• Contribute in work of improving the flow in the development process together with all teams
• Prepare and participate in roadmap meetings and coordination forums for releases
• Participate in BI Crossprio forum
• Participate in PMO forum
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills and knowledge includes:
• Several years of experience from IT development, preferably 10+ years
• Several years of experience of Business Intelligence
• Previous work-experience as an IT manager, release manager, release coordinator, senior project manager or other equivalent roles
• Experience from at least 2-3 different types of business, preferably retail
• A technical/development background as well as business knowledge which enables you to understand and mitigate the technical aspects as well as business challenges of release planning
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and written, in English and Swedish
• Preferably you have experience of working with distributed teams
This is a full-time assignment in our Activity-based office in Marievik, Stockholm.
