Job description
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
• Checking new and existing customers? credit ratings with banks
• Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments
• Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment
• Manage contacts with our insurance company in order to verify that customer credit rating is approved by them
• Contact customers regarding overdue invoices.
You will be part of a team of 4 people and you will report directly to the Financial Manager at Hankook.
Qualifications
For this position we are searching for a person with 3-5 years experience in Credit Controlling. You can work independently within your field and you strive towards excellence in the work you perform. You are thorough and have an excellent attention to details. You also need to have impeccable skills in English and Swedish.
We believe that you have a suitable degree within the financial field, preferably at University level. We also believe that you have a general knowledge of working in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. If you have experience in working in SAP, this would be an advantage, but is not a requirement.
Conditions
This is a full time position with a 6 month probationary period. You will have a fixed monthly income, as well as a possible yearly bonus based on your performance.
