We are now looking for a Credit Controller to be part of our Business Control team located at our Headquarter in Gothenburg. It is essential that you have the drive to reach objectives and can take on challenges with an open and positive attitude. The job requires that you create a good network within and outside Volvo Penta, therefore your ability to communicate and to work with people on different levels is essential. Main activities and Responsibility:Manage customers in Region International from a credit control perspectiveWork in partnerships with Sales team to review customers from a credit risk perspective and recommend credit limits and payment termsFollow up A/R on a regular basis, manage customer account balances and address past due situationsManage Trade Finance activities, including managing relationships with banks and ensuring bank letters of credit follow policy and agreements with the customer and frequent contacts with the export credit agency EKNManage the discounting activities of insured receivables or L/C:s with our banks according to our corporate guidelinesQualifications:University degree or similar in accounting, finance or business administrationMinimum 5 years' experience in the area of credit management including trade finance activities and tools from in a multinational companyGood knowledge of accounting, finance, bankruptcy procedures, company tax and commercial law and Code of Commerce in relation to accounts receivable and payableAbility to analyse financial statements and make sound business decisions based on business conditions and trendsHigh proficiency in written and spoken EnglishStrong skills in Microsoft Excel and preferably experience from working in SAP systems.If you are ready for the next step in your development and recognize yourself in this description, we look forward to receiving your application.If you have questions, please contact:Anna Öljemark, VP HR Region International, +46739025391
