We are now looking for a

Country Sales Manager

to lead the growth of our sales and people in Sweden!

The ideal candidate is a natural people leader with a strong sales mindset and ability to deliver consistent results. You also appreciate the value of a unique service concept and family-like culture. In this role you will be reporting to the Regional Sales Director (Denmark, Norway, Sweden) and will have a team of about 8-10 sales managers divided to Stockholm and Gothenburg (to be opened in August) offices.

As a Country Sales Manager, your are accountable for

• Leading B2B sales team towards shared targets - you create a feeling of a winning culture through your leadership style and example
• P&L - ensuring the growth of sales and profits, also through your own consultative sales work. Time allocation for own sales is over 50%

We are looking for the following qualities:

• Couple years of relevant B2B sales experience with proven results
• Some earlier experience as a sales team manager and passion to grow as a leader
• Great communication skills
• "Can do" attitude with ability to execute plans into actions. This position is an execution position (not a strategic one) with a hint of planning work.
• This position suits best for a person who has strong passion to work hands-on in the field with the sales team and to lead the team to success in sales by own example
• Fluent English and Swedish
• Understanding of the Swedish business climate and ICT-industry is a plus
