In 2012 Nordax decided to establish a presence on the German market. Germany is our newest market with a loan portfolio of 548 MSEK divided by approximately 5000 loans. We have grown in a stable and controlled manner in Germany and are systematically building up our knowledge, both in terms of the market in general but also with regards to consumer behavior. Despite a growth of 91.9 % during 2015 we believe that we have great potential to further develop the market in Germany, where the personal loan market is more than five times as large as the combined personal loan markets in Norway and Sweden. The German Country Operations Manager will play an important role for Nordax to succeed in this continued development.
Job Description
As Country Operations Manager for Germany you will have department budget and result responsibility,an overall responsibility for customer delivery of Nordax's products and for their operational development in the German market. You will set and follow-up on objectives, strategies and action plans within your department and your key responsibilities also include ensuring operational efficiency, stable quality and excellent customer service as well as proactivity in product and process development together with other functions.
The German team consists of 20 employees including a Team leader. You will be a part of the Customer Operations Management Team and report to The Operations Director.
Your qualifications
• Good knowledge of the German market and the financial industry
• Experience from roles in leading position
• Experience from decision making positions within Customer Service
• Fluent in German, both oral and written
• Very good English and Swedish skills, both oral and written
• Strong advantage with university degree in Business Administration
To succeed in this position you are determined, have a business focus and excellent communication skills.
