We are now looking for two Country Marketing Managers for Finland and Sweden. These roles will contribute to the company 's further growth and will report to our Global Marketing Manager. We want people who will take ownership of their respective markets and increase sales in the Nordic market. The right people for the roles will have the possibility to shape their own workday, develop and explore new projects and the opportunity to make a great impact on Bank Norwegian 's digital evolution.
Your daily tasks:
• Achieve marketing and sales results for your market
• Identify and implement marketing projects
• Stay updated on the industry and company through media and other channels
• Knowledge on laws and regulations in your market
• Continuous insight on competitors and other actors in your market
• Work with Bank Norwegian 's partners and establish new partnerships
• Find the best communication channels towards customers and prospects
Qualifications:
• Higher education is preferable
• Aptitude for independent planning and completion of own work duties
• Strong knowledge within either the Finish or the Swedish market
• Experience from digital marketing
• Advantage with experience from bank/finance
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent written in your local language (Finish or Swedish), as well as English
• Political interest to stay updated on new legislations and regulations in your market
• You embrace creativity and innovation
• Openness towards new ideas and constructively challenge the status quo to add value to the organization

Bank Norwegian started its operations in November 2007 and offers consumer loans, credit cards and deposit accounts to retail customers distributed through the internet in the Nordic market. Bank Norwegian offers, in cooperation with the airline Norwegian, a combined credit and reward card. The bank started operations in Sweden in May 2013. In December 2015 the bank launched operations in Denmark and Finland, where it initially offered consumer loans and deposit accounts. Credit cards were launched in June 2016. The office in Oslo has more than 70 employees. The strategy is based on leading digital solutions, synergies with the airline Norwegian, attractive terms for our customers, cost-effective operations and effective risk selection.
