Responsibilities include:
• Head of our Swedish operations
• Sales and business development responsibility
• Meeting growth targets for business in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
• Development of country operation as a whole (developing into a branch with profitability targets, recruitment, etc).
• Working together with marketing people in Finland to find new customer accounts.
• Working together with a local project manager and Vilant's engineers in Finland to deliver world-class solutions to customers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark.
Essential requirements:
• Experience in business development and solution sales of complex systems
• Experience of industrial and logistics environments
• Academic degree
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent Swedish and English skills
• Drive for achievement and ability to meet aggressive targets.
Desirable requirements:
• Software business experience
