MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recruitment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

MultiMind has a current opening for an experienced staffing/ recruitment professional, eager to develop and prove their skills in a multinational corporation active in the Finance sector.

The successful candidate will work as a part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team working from the Stockholm office with daily contact with the UK and USA.

What you will be doing

Actively sourcing for open roles and managing the candidate experience and flow of applicants for multiple internal requisitions

Proactively search for candidates, being professional, time effective and productive in engaging 'passive candidates'

Assess and screen qualified talent for open positions via phone and F2F

Leveraging your network and applying creative solutions to promote, source and engage talent

Utilizing Social Media effectively for reaching and capturing the interest of targeted talent profiles

Who you are

You thrive on matching your progress in various assignments against key performance indicators and prioritize accordingly

What you've done

Bachelor degree within HR or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 1-2 years of recruitment/sourcing experience

Language
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
