Job Description
You are part of Lindex Global Sales organisation and working in the Sales Performance department. This department is responsible for maximising the global sales, defining KPI's and profitability in all Lindex sales channels, by a digital first mindset. The department optimizes the customer offer and develop, implement and execute on the sales plan.
As Copywriter, you are responsible for improving the customer experience and sales through consistent and clear copy, both product level as well as overall communication needed in Lindex digital channels. You produce and enhance texts for both offline and online channels and you make sure that customer information is kept easy and convenient. You take ownership of the full text process, from creation to translated language versions.
Are you the one we are looking for?
* Academic degree in communication, media, marketing or similar
* Previous work experience as Copywriter from an organisation where English is corporate language
* Experience of working at a retail company
* Knowledge in CMS, HTML Editor and PIM systems
* English, written and spoken (preferably as native language)
* Swedish, written and spoken
* Meritorious: Google Analytics certificate, experience from working in an international organisation
To succeed in this role, you are customer focused, have strong commercial mind-set and you see sales potential in optimising digital communication. Your attention to details and ability to organise will be of great use in this position. You have great communication skills and we see that you thrive in a position where you are expected to be self-going and self-driven, but also where you collaborate with others. You have a strong interest for fashion, textiles and trends. Further on, you are used to be working in a fast-paced environment with deliveries on a daily basis and you look forward to further develop your passion for retail!
