As inRivers Content Writer
You set the tone for content and drive cohesive product narratives across platforms and touch-points. As our resident wordsmith, you will write, edit content and align information across teams from within the services and wider organization, focusing on creating a consistent style of knowledge documentation. You will cooperate across teams to improve documentation, style, and localization for inriver's product evaluate.
You will produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience and improve documentation visibility, usability, and impact for inriver's product evaluate.
Drive consistency of company and industry-specific terminology throughout inriver community and academy. Collaborate with Academy and Community teams to create and manage guidelines for writing and localization.
Support the alignment and communication of standardized terminology, style, and processes across the company. Educate and communicate writing and localization best practices across the company. Manage localization activities to support community and academy content.
Requirements
• Fluent in English, with documented writing skills
• At least 2 years' experience working in a SaaS company
• Be able to communicate persuasively, and articulate client value through stories and impact value propositions
• Proven Experience in technical terminology, able to set strategy on content creation
• Preferred minimum Bachelors degree
