As a Content specialist you will be a part of the Marketing & Customer Success team, and your mission will be to accelerate the strategy and execution of content creation in our platform, by connecting with our user base and building our brand through social media.
Goals
• Setting up solid strategies and execution for CRM activities, by managing content for the newsfeed, our knowledge base, as well as newsletters to our resellers.
• Creating and managing social media content, both organic and paid campaigns, to increase followers and support our work with employer branding and building our brand as a whole.
• Responsible for overseeing product content in the platform (mainly in our store) and ensuring quality for our users.
What you'll need to succeed
Required skills
• You have strong content writing skills
• Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English
• Experience in working with social media
