WHO WE ARE
At Potentialpark, we help globally operating companies with market research in the fields of employer branding, talent communication and online recruiting. Throughout the year, we conduct quantitative and qualitative research that includes career related surveys on students and graduates around the globe to monitor communication trends and capture the preferences and frustrations, as well as evaluations of thousands of communications channels.
By bringing the voice of talent to the table, we equip employers with a knowledge-driven roadmap to become fit for demographic shift and digitalization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a part of our Marketing Team, you will distribute content across multiple channels (website, social media, email etc.) and markets across the globe. You will drive various campaigns with the goal to increase brand awareness and drive sales. As our Content Manager you will have the opportunity to develop new ideas, be creative and take the lead of various projects. You will report to our Head of Marketing.
As our content manager you will:
• Develop, manage and execute on the content marketing activity plan
• Plan, produce and publish compelling content on various channels and platforms (articles, newsletters, ebooks, white papers, reports, infographics, printed collateral, website, etc.)
• Work with storytelling based on our research and analytical insights
• Own our social media channels and post content to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Work with email marketing
• Become our center of knowledge for digital marketing with the objective to support different market initiatives
• Track and analyze content initiatives across channels and activities, and report on results
• Coordinate projects and work with various internal and external stakeholders
WHO YOU ARE
To succeed in this role, you are:
• A wizard of words, regardless of channel or medium, with extraordinary communication skills
• A lover of all things communication and digital marketing
• Skilled in all aspects of Social Media, move seamlessly across different channels and know how to create engaging campaigns and reach target groups
• Analytical and have in-depth knowledge in crafting content strategies in relation to Customer Journeys
• Full of ideas, initiative and drive to take ownership and make it happen
• Great at communicating effectively with, and manage internal and external stakeholders
• Brave and willing to move out of your comfort zone
• A positive driver with start-up mentality who enjoys working cross-functional in flat organizational structures
• Collaborative, dynamic and able to dispatch energy among the team
We expect you to have:
• Minimum a bachelor's degree within marketing, communication or related field
• 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing, PR, and/or communications
• A close-to-native level of English, both written and spoken, knowledge in French or German is an advantage (Swedish is not required)
• Proven skills in copywriting and editing
• Proven skills in SEO, SEM and other Online Advertising
• Experience from working in CMS
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in content production for businesses and have an understanding for B2B marketing
• Experience in creating visuals in e.g. canva or photoshop to support your story
PRACTICALITIES AND HOW TO APPLY
• Full-time position in Gamla Stan, Stockholm, Sweden. Not possible to work remotely.
