Tasks and responsibilities:
In the role as a Contact Center Specialist, you will, together with your colleagues, support and develop GlobalConnect's offer to their customers. Your responsibilities include both technical expertise and product and domain expertise, which requires good communication with both the internal customer service team and end customers. In close cooperation with colleagues, you will identify the customers' needs and requirements, and ensure that these are met correctly.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• Experience of Contact Center systems including for example hands-on configuration
• Experience with the Genesys product portfolio is highly regarded
• Fluency in English is mandatory and a Scandinavian language for effective business communication is beneficial
