Role Summary:
In this role you will be the custodian of the multi-category consumer journey in our Nordic markets, designing and continuously improving the consumer journeys for the entire Consumer lifecycle. You will, together with key internal counterparts, develop an omni-channel consumer experience and design on- and offline customer interactions.
Your Day-to-Day:
Generate powerful consumer insights by aggregating consumer data for the Markets from multiple sources and, which enables the design and deployment of the target consumer experience.
Identify and prioritize consumer pain points, gaps and opportunities across the entire consumer journey.
Optimize the local consumer segmentation, based on the global segmentation for IQOS, Snus and Nicotine Pouches (NP's) (and future platforms), and define meaningful local consumer propositions.
Define briefs for projects to improve relevant parts of the Consumer journey across channels, as well as overall Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Define guidelines and monitor consistency of omni-channel consumer experience across all our channels
Provide clear input on content development to the market Marketing & Digital team, to ensure customer appreciation across the entire customer lifecycle
Who We Are Looking For:
University degree or equivalent in Business Management / Marketing, Engineering / Tech or Finance
5+ years Experience in Market research, Marketing or Consumer experience (preferably in FMCG or other Consumer goods company) with focus on quantitative data
Strong analytical thinking and Passionate for consumer-centricity, design thinking and agile ways of working;
Great communicator and storyteller;
Strong understanding of online and offline channels;
Able to deal with ambiguity, complexity and diverse stakeholders;
Proficiency in English is required, knowledge of a Scandinavian language would be an advantage
Experience with SPSS/R, Big Data, Data Science and data visualization (e.g. Power BI, Stratifyd, Tableau) would be an advantage
