Position Overview
In the journey to become best in class FMCG company, SCA would like to become more consumer/customer/shopper centric. Our vision for our Consumer and Customer Insight Team, is to move from traditional market researchers to business partners, delivering insights and foresights.
In order to help this transformation we are looking for a Consumer Insight Manager, Insight Activation to be part of the Global Hygiene Category (GHC) and complement the team.
GHC leads SCA's hygiene brand portfolio and delivers brand development and innovation for our three business areas, Incontinence Care, Consumer Goods (Feminine, Baby and Consumer Tissue) and Professional Hygiene.
The positions will report to the Global Consumer Insight Director and will preferably be located in Gothenburg, Sweden (Munich, Germany is an alternative).
Minimum Qualifications
Support the Global Consumer Insight Managers from the different categories in transforming study results into sticky insights.
Help the global Consumer Insight Managers to land insights in a format that can travel (video clip, catching attention pictures, etc).
Manage and coordinate internal communications flow through effective media channels to reach defined audiences and to meet specific program objectives.
Animate the market research network, ensuring communication in both direction and helping local insight to become global.
Support best practice Sharing between the different categories and countries.
Gather, edits and writes new insights.
Contribute to the development and mix optimization of internal communication tools and channels to improve lines of communication within the organization. Build current and future tools to ensure we know what we know: continuous improvement in market research library.
Key Competencies
University degree or equivalent in business, journalism, sociology, psychology or other relevant academic field.
Minimum 4-7 years' experience of market management, communication, advertising agency, digital work.
Demonstrated ability to visualize insights and interest for market research.
Communicates effectively. Able to distill the essence, the insight with the use of the latest technologies
Passion for people, active listening.
Take responsibility and is accountable, objective driven with passion for success
Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating passion, courage and team commitment.
Fluent in English, both written and oral.
