Accenture Management Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation. Particular Functional Excellence practices within our Management Consulting workforce include; Finance & Enterprise Performance, Operations,
Sales & Customer Service (CRM), Strategy and Talent & Organization.

Key responsibilities of a Consulting Analyst may include;

• Address both strategic and operational issues
• Drive diagnosis and value assessment in order to identify value creation opportunities for clients
• Work in teams through issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and past experience
• Work seamlessly with the Accenture team and our clients' own resources to ensure that the recommendations are implemented
• Establish and develop client relationships based on trust and delivery of sustainable results and value
• Contribute within the Operations practice with both community building and capability development

Professional Skill Requirements;

• Master degree or equivalent
• Basic financial acumen and financial analysis and diagnosis skills
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Good communication (written and oral) in both Swedish and English as well as interpersonal skills
