The role:
The EFT payment team is responsible for the maintenance and delivery of card and mobile payment solutions in stores. The Payment Requirement Analysts are responsible for the maintenance of all existing Payment solutions, for instance card or mobile payment, and to give support to the payment projects within the Service Area. You will have to manage dependencies to projects of the platforms, expansions, a changing market regarding trends and regulations (mobility and security). The client will have a lot of focus on innovation in the team, omni channel and new payment methods where you will be a part of keeping up with the latest trends.

Your to do-list includes:
You should find it interesting and fun to work with tasks as:
Perform and implement changes and improvements with the purpose of achieve a more efficient maintenance of the system
Together with the maintenance team act as reference and support for the payment projects (both procurement, expansion and development) and maintain the existing country solutions
Work with supplier relationship and responsible for reviewing and following up on their delivery towards their contract (SLA)
Keep close contact, co-operate and communicate with all involved part and resources and inform about the delivery on a regular basis.
Follow up and report to our business and service responsible regarding finance, approved plans, future plans, deliveries, risk and deviations for the delivery.
Keeping track together with the team om new trends and technology within the Payments area
Keep track of and handle dependencies to other systems and business areas.
Keeping track together with the team on business need, future development, market trends and new suppliers within the area
Secure dependencies to the infrastructure and operation organization and work closely with the assigned resources from each area.
Your skills:
The job comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. We think you have a test or requirement analyst background within the payments (card and/or mobile) or till/shop area. Preferable you have an academic education within IT. We believe you are a social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
And your skills include:
Relevant University exam or equivalent
Experience of or interest in payment solutions
Experience with technical modeling and documentation (Data Flow, Diagrams, Network Diagrams, Software Architecture Documents, etc.)
Experience of or interest in PCI DSS
Good general knowledge in information and IT security and experience in working with security
Ability to lead meetings
Ability to communicate about problems and solutions to both conceptual and technical level
Ability to build good relationships
Ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English
Social skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work in High pace environment
Structured and Methodic personal skills
Other:
Working language: Swedish and English
