About the assignment:

• Location: Malmö
• Duration: 15-feb-2020 - 30-jun-2020

Description

• To work in forecasting, planning, reporting and analysis processes.
• To actively within the controller team support IT Governance
• To ensure Quarterly & month-end reporting is executed in a timely and qualitative manner in cooperation with relevant Stakeholders.
• To prepare and distribute management reports on a monthly and more extensively quarterly basis to relevant Stakeholders.
• To analyze and act on financial information in order to initiate and take corrective actions to meet financial objectives.
• To act as finance business partner to support the sub departments within I.T. by actively participating and contributing to departmental business development and by improving the financial awareness in the organization.
• English - fluent

Mandatory competence and experience:

To succeed in this role you should have a positive mindset and be disciplined, dynamic and flexible to manage multiple projects, work effectively in a rapidly changing environment to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines. We believe you have minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business controlling in a large international environment preferably with very good insight of IT benchmarking and operation. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, Master Degree in related subject is a plus.

We also want you to have;

Strong analytical skills and interpretation skills

Strong competence in general ledger, accounting and restating

Strong ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing and excellent written skills for report preparation

High proficiency in Microsoft Office and especially Excel, and experience with PowerBI/QlikView. ANTURA and MS Project is preferred. * Travel via air and fieldwork including international
