Description
Do you want to be one of the Clients Business Experts and part of the Finance and Accounting Solutions team?
The Finance and Accounting Solutions team is a part of the Global Finance and Accounting function at the Head Office in Stockholm. Finance and Accounting is responsible for making sure that the clients Group can handle all business initiatives in a legal complying way and ensure that all brands and sales-channels are aligned from an accounting perspective. We are responsible for assuring that the financial reporting keeps up with the high pace of the clients-group. The client are now looking for Business Experts to the Finance and Accounting Solution team.
The client are looking to expand their team with new colleagues with experience ranging from a few years up to several years of experience within accounting. If you are interested in working as a Business Expert, helping develop the client's accounting solutions and influence ways of working - this is the right position for you! As a Business Expert in the Finance and Accounting Solutions team you will mainly be working with business support to the global accounting organization as well as participate in accounting related projects. For example, the client is currently replacing their core accounting systems and building a global SAP platform. Their focus areas are General accounting, Management & Financial reporting which includes a strong connection with our sales and logistics departments. The client lead and deliver in cross-functional projects together with colleagues from Sales, Logistics as well as our local Accounting Offices across the world. We drive our work forward in close collaboration with IT to succeed in our Business development initiatives.
Your responsibilities
Act as an efficient business partner to Accounting operation, Business development and IT. * Lead and drive accounting expertise in projects initiated in the group to continue to develop the clients costumer offer.
Develop and influence the clients global accounting processes and ensure best practice.
Work closely with Central and Local Accounting to ensure that Accounting requirements are covered in the system solutions
Support the clients colleagues around the world with solution knowledge and best practice

Your personal qualities also include:
University degree within Accounting and Finance (or similar)
3 to 8 years of relevant working experience
Strong analytical skills * A genuine interest in supporting and helping others
Fluent in English, both in speech and writing
Good MS office skills, as design improvements need to be documented and presented
Experience from accounting process flows from a system perspective is an advantage
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Accounting: 3-5 years
• MS office: 3-5 years
• SAP: 1-3 years
