hela Sverige We are looking for candidates for a one year assignment as Customer Liason Partner at AstraZeneca, starting as soon as possible.
The arena
Global External Sourcing (GES) is accountable for sourcing and supply of externally manufactured products into the AstraZeneca network. They are organised in a Process Centric Organisation (PCO) with two main processes; Supply to Customer and Establish New Supply to Customer, with a high focus on cross-functional team work. As Customer Liaison Partner you will be an active member of in particular the Supply to Customer process, with daily interactions with customers and other roles within GES.
The role
In this role you would be working in the GES planning community, Customer Service team, Gärtuna. As a Customer Liaison Partner you will ensure excellent operational customer service to Marketing Companies, other Operations sites and external customers in order to maximize customer satisfaction, efficiency and delivery performance.
You will act as the single point of contact for the day-to-day supply/supply questions, be the voice of the customer internally and you are responsible for communication to our customers.
The Customer Liaison Partner role within GES incorporates the conventional activities associated with customer service, with a specific skill and behaviour set associated with working with customers and stakeholders. The products managed by GES include both APIs and Formulated & Packed products, and are supplied to customers across all regions.
An important part in the role will be to build, maintain and develop customer relations. The CLP is responsible to lead Supply and Demand meetings and to support and follow the Regional Business Planning processes as well as to work with the customers to create a clean demand picture in order to achieve robust supply plans and clean orders for execution.
The role holder will have the operational responsibility for supply to our customers and the authority to make operational decisions with customers that ensure the timely supply of product whilst maximising efficiencies for the business. The role holder will work and communicate on a daily basis around orders, forecasts, stock levels etc in order to make the right decisions and prioritisations with the customers.
Included in the role is also active work with Practical Problem Solving and Continuous Improvements in cross-functional teams, both as team member and as team leader as appropriate.
The work is executed in a global environment, with strong focus on cross-functional collaboration with other roles such as Supply Chain Leads, Supply planners/Senior Supply planners, QA, Tactical Planners, Packaging Coordinators, Project Managers and Supplier Relationship Managers.
Your main duties will be:
• To act as the single point of contact for day-to-day supply and be responsible for a number of markets/customers.
• Management of all customer related day-to-day activities from forecasting through to payment and distribution.
• Process customer orders.
• Build, maintain ad develop customer relations.
• Work with the customers to create a clean demand picture in order to achieve robust supply plans and clean orders for execution.
• Be the operational voice of GES to the customers.
• To lead the Supply & Demand meetings with designated customers.
• To support and follow the Regional Business Planning processes such as RCAT (Root Cause Analysis Tool) for our stock outs.
• Be the operational voice of the customer in the Control rooms to ensure issue escalation and resolution without impact to supply.
• Raise supply issues to the Supply Chain Leads/Control rooms.
• Together with Supply Chain Leads, planners and others handle priority situations
• Lead/coach operational projects and work streams.
• Responsible for non-QA customer complaints management for deviations in customer service
• Build and develop effective relationships with other members in the control rooms and in projects where the role holder is a participant.
• Responsible for the accurate maintenance of systems master data
• Responsible for accurately measuring and reporting key performance indicators.
• Lead and participate in Practical Problem Solving and Continuous Improvements teams.
• Have sufficient skills and knowledge of the artwork change management processes to deliver changes to product's packaging materials in cooperation with Packaging Coordinators and Supply Planners and in line with market implementation dates.
• Compliance:
o SOx compliance - i.e. ensures credit notes and account management controls are completed accurately.
o Ensure transactional activities are carried out in line with DoA and with Segregation of Duty principles.
• Actively contribute in GES projects and workstreams.

The role holder must possess a few years experience across the broader supply chain e.g. planning, distribution, customer management or QA. University studies or other further education within the supply chain field are valued.
• Excellent communication skills are required as working collaboratively with, customers and stakeholders is a key part of this role. To influence and direct others through their relationship rather than dictate. Is often expected to influence people more senior than themselves.
• The role holder must be fluent in English, both oral and written.
• The role holder must be confident of making effective decisions despite uncertainty and/or incomplete information to drive business outcomes. Communicate to stakeholders clearly to ensure alignment.
