Job Description
We are looking for a Consultant Acquisition Specialis t to join the Consultant AcquisitionTeam, where you will deliver end-to-end fix-term consultant hiring services across brands, functions and regions in the H&M Group.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Manage the full life cycle of all assigned open consultant requisitions and ensure accurate systems administration.
Conduct start-up meetings with hiring managers, ensure expectation alignment and write job ads for vendors.
Identify the right vendors from the portfolio for the requisition.
Contact and liaise with vendors to explain requisition profile and timeline needs and ensure operational alignment.
Review candidates' profiles/CVs and prepare shortlists for hiring managers.
Prepare and coach hiring manager to host Team-Fit interviews.
Advise and support hiring managers in hiring decision-making.
Prepare, align, and negotiate hiring fees and contracting of selected FTCs (Full-Time Consultants).
Prepare and facilitate the pre-boarding process for newly hired consultants.
Manage contract renewal or termination queries from hiring managers.
Qualifications

What is your background?
Good knowledge in business software and IT systems e.g., Service Now
Knowledge in HR Systems
Knowledge in GDPR and Data Privacy
Experience working with Team Planning and Projects
Participate in the team's Roadmap creation and management during yearly planning, and quarterly & monthly reviews
Proactively identify areas of improvement and communicate them to the team lead
