You'll get to be the driver in developing our competence within Computer System Validation. With your knowledge, experience, and connections, you will significantly impact the competence area's business and development. You will be an essential player forming our strategy and working closely with the management team on strategic and operative questions.
The core is validation of computerized systems within the Life Science industry. You will be able to take on a lot of responsibility in your projects, acting as an advisor for our clients, including being involved in the design, purchasing, and commissioning, allowing you to have a real impact on the result.
Even though you will be placed in our southern region geographically, you will work nationally as part of our initiative Validation Management; a competence-group started to enhance knowledge-sharing and collaboration. You will be a cornerstone in our specialization Computer System Validation, with the mission to share the knowledge and educate your colleagues.

These are the skills you need to bring
You bring a quality-oriented mindset but, most importantly, a will to develop yourself and your colleagues, learn new things, and share your knowledge.
You also have:
• Engineering degree in the field of biotechnology, medical engineering, computer engineering, or similar
• Experience from working with validation of computerized systems in the Life Science Industry
• Good knowledge of the GxP-regulations, GAMP5, 21 CFR part 11, and Eudralex Annex 11.
• Fluent in Swedish and English
