About the Role
Global Digital and Business Services (GDBS) is a global unit with 1900 employees, located in over 44 countries worldwide, that delivers sustainable business value to Essity and our customers, by driving group wide operational efficiencies through Global Business Services (GBS) and Essity Global IT.
Essity Global IT supports all Business & Global Units and is aligned to Essity's strategic business priorities.

As a Compliance Manager for our digitally enabled products and digital solutions you will board a great journey where your contribution will help us to ensure the compliance of our IT products and services.

What You Will Do
Your main accountabilities and responsibilities will be:
Deliver guidance and actionable insights for the product teams to enable them to deliver compliant solutions in accordance with regulations and Essity procedures
Own the software development process for medical device regulated products, including process revision, documentation, deployment, training, and monitoring of key measures
Coordinate and support internal and external information security audits for digitally enabled products
Support business with compliance related questions and in selling processes
Provide support and guidance on data privacy related topics and questions within the Digitally Enabled Products team and liaise with the Essity Data Protection Officer to ensure company processes are consistently applied.
Who you are
Experienced with digitally enabled products
Experienced with ISO 27001 and information security standards
Experienced with data privacy regulations for software solutions e.g., Privacy by Design
Experienced with Medical Device and GxP relevant regulations and best practices
Experienced with software development process for medical device regulated products
Good understanding of software development methods including DevSecOps strategies
Interested in supporting Essity's commercial teams to explain Compliance and InfoSec matters to Customers
Ability to translate security/regulatory requirements to software developers e.g., Data integrity by design
Ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders and build effective relationships with InfoSec, Internal Audit & Control and Quality and External Compliance
Knowledge about GAMP5 and computer systems validation
Eagerness to keep up to date with the evolving rules and regulation around Information security and compliance
